George is Assistant Instructor at the Enfield Branch of the School.

I began studying martial arts at the age of 11. Originally commencing with various styles of karate, and then learning more about the principles of kung fu and also practiced sword fencing. As a young boy I was also an avid collector and reader of martial arts books of the time. I hold a second Dan black belt in Karate and was also national champion in my association in men's open semi-contact and kata (forms).

I train under the tutelage of Sifu Kola Fajimolu and assist with classes at the Enfield branch. I am also a personal student of Si Gung Garry Mackenzie, in order to deepen my knowledge and skills, as well as provide an understanding of teaching other students. I also attend the seminars provided by the School.

I endeavour to practice with focus and attention to detail and apply wing chun's simple and effective principles. Practicing the art of Wing Chun is a gateway enabling the practitioner to react instinctually and to develop the awareness and skill needed to outmanoeuvre an attacker.

I am a qualified Hatha yoga teacher with teaching experience. I have also been a personal safety at work trainer, promoting the practice of avoidance and awareness in the workplace and when out and about.
